About Bertram A. Durand, founder of TalentEX
Bertram A. Durand is the adopted son of Harald Maximilien Ostrach, co-founder of the Groupement des Graphologues Conseils de France (GGCF) and creator of the Syndicat Européen des Graphologues Professionnels.
Bertram holds an MBA from New York University and a diploma from the New School of Social Research in New York, and spent four years in the Marines during the Korean War. In 1958, he founded CNPG Conseil and attended the ICG management control course.
He subsequently founded the Chambre Syndicale Nationale des Conseils en Recrutement. With the CSNCR, he took part in the initial creation of Cadremploi, now owned by the Le Figaro Classifieds group.
With a passion for recruitment, Bertram A. Durand decided some twenty years ago to create an international recruitment consultancy and EXecutive Search network: ENEX, present in 48 countries.
In 2024, inspired by the revolutionary evolution driven by emerging digital technologies, Bertram is launching a new approach to recruitment, dubbed TalentEX, which holistically integrates the physical and digital dimensions. Designed around a local presence provided by experienced consultants and shaped by the exploitation of state-of-the-art digital tools, TalentEX aspires to merge the advantages of both worlds.
