Specific conditions of use of the site
Public consultation area
The public consultation area is accessible to all users without registration for the purpose of informing and consulting them on CNPG Conseil RH projects.
To take part in a public consultation, the user fills in the response form and sends it to the dedicated e-mail address during the consultation period.
Personal data collected as part of a user's participation in a public consultation are not, and will not be, visible on the site or published. Response forms are processed anonymously and are used in particular to produce a summary of the public consultation.
Rules of conduct
For functionalities requiring it, the user agrees to open a single account.
Use of, access to and/or participation in the site is subject to compliance with the law and the present Legal Notice. In particular, and this list is not exhaustive, users are reminded of the following rules of good conduct:
Compliance with legal and regulatory provisions. Applicable law
French law is applicable to both formal and substantive rules. The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in any respect whatsoever from the present rules.
